By registering an account, downloading our game client, or accessing the Fort MU server and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL RULES

1. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt players from the consequences of breaking them.
2. The administrator reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice.
3. Using any third-party software, bots, hacks, speedhacks, or macro manipulation providing an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate permanent ban.
4. Exploiting game bugs or glitches for personal gain is prohibited. All bugs must be reported immediately to the administration.
5. Account sharing is done at your own risk. The administration will not recover items or accounts lost due to shared credentials.

2. GAMEPLAY & COMMUNITY

1. Respect all players and staff members. Hate speech, toxicity, racism, and harassment are subject to chat mutes or temporary bans.
2. Advertising other servers or third-party commercial services is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
3. Real-money trading (RMT) outside official channels is prohibited.

3. CASTLE SIEGE RULES

1. Registering fake guilds for Castle Siege (CS) is prohibited and punishable by a ban.
2. Failure of a registered guild and Guild Master to attend CS results in a temporary ban on the Guild Master’s character.

4. ORDERS AND PURCHASES (DONATIONS)

1. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
2. All players are treated equally, whether they donate or not. Donors who break rules are penalized the same as any other player.
3. If a donor account is banned for violating rules, all items and credits remain blocked with the account.
4. Attempting a refund/chargeback results in an immediate permanent ban and confiscation of purchased items.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (VIRTUAL CURRENCY)

1. Products are digital — you ACCEPT that there are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. By making any payment, you agree not to request a partial or full refund, even if the server is wiped and reopened.
3. If your donation was made within 7 days before a server closure, you may contact the administrator for a 100% refund in virtual currency for the next edition.

Privacy Policy

The Fort MU server is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding this information.

When registering on our website or game server, you may be asked to provide: Login (username), Email address, Password (stored securely encrypted in our database), and IP address logs for anti-cheat and security.

2. Securing your account against unauthorized access and brute-force attacks.
3. Providing customer support and responding to tickets.
4. Notifying you about essential server updates, maintenance, and news.
5. Processing secure donations without sharing financial details with third parties.

3. Newsletter Subscription

By registering, you may receive essential server updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Fort MU team will NEVER ask for your password.

• Request access to the data stored about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your account.

ORDERS AND PURCHASES (DONATIONS)

1. All donations are non-refundable. We do not return any kind of donations.
2. We treat all players equally. A player who has not donated has the same rights as a player who has.
3. A donor who breaks the rules will be punished in the same way as a regular player.
4. If for any reason a donor is banned, all items on their account will be blocked along with the account. Items will not be returned under any circumstances.
5. Attempting to refund a donation: if you attempt to refund any donation, your account will be permanently banned, all purchased items will be confiscated, and your email address will be blocked. You will not be able to make any new donations now or in the future. The only way to unlock access is to reverse the refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (VIRTUAL CURRENCY)

1. We do not refund money for digital products (virtual currency) after the order has been placed.
2. Any payment issues must be reported to the administrator.
3. The products sold are digital – you ACCEPT that there are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
4. By making any payment to the server, you agree that you will not request any partial or full refund, even if the server is wiped and reopened.
5. If your donation was made within 7 days of the server closure (current edition), you can contact the administrator. You will then be entitled to a 100% refund in server virtual currency for the next edition.
