If you intend to start playing on the FORT MU server, you fully accept the following regulations. If you do not agree, do not start the game because this regulation applies to everyone.

EDITION 1: CLOSED

GENERAL RULES:

  1. To start playing on the FORT MU server, you must create an account on the website www.fortmu.com and join our Facebook group. The game access password should not contain special characters, only letters and numbers with case sensitivity. The maximum password length should not exceed 10 characters.
  2. The server is managed by the administrator with the assistance of authorized game masters. Information about the team and the possibility to contact us can be found on the www.fortmu.com website.
  3. Every player is obliged to adhere to the regulations.
  4. The administrator has the right to make changes to the regulations and server settings without informing the users.
  5. Any disputes should be resolved through contact with the administration on the Discord server.
  6. In the case of an unresolved dispute, the administrator makes the decision, which is final and not subject to discussion.
  7. The administrator reserves the right to block a player's account, remove items from their account, reduce statistics, and perform any actions on the player's account without stating a reason.
  8. For breaking the game regulations, the user receives a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent IP ban, depending on the severity of the offense.
  9. A user can receive a maximum of 3 warnings, after which the account is blocked for a duration determined by the administrator. There are no rules regarding the duration of the ban; the decision is made by the administrator, and the player agrees to it.
  10. Users can support the server with a donation through a PayPal transfer (50 PLN), and in return, the administrator may grant access to the VIP server for 30 days as a token of gratitude. All other donations for the server, giving the player access to the in-game item shop (Webshop/credits), do not carry over to the next edition.
  11. There are two sub-servers on the server, [PVP] and [VIP]. Both adhere to GENERAL RULES and additional rules (described below). The [CS] (Crywolf) sub-server is a PVP sub-server (cooperative combat allowed), and PVP rules apply there (excluding the CW event).
  12. Character or guild names must not be vulgar, offensive, or contain racist or other legally prohibited content.
  13. Using vulgar and offensive words towards others is prohibited.
  14. Insults within the guild and alliance are not subject to punishment by the server administrator; such matters are resolved by the Alliance Master or Guild Master.
  15. Impersonating a Game Master or server administrator results in a permanent IP ban with no access to the server, its website, and forum.
  16. The administrator is not responsible for helping resolve in-game issues. Players should use the Facebook group to post about their problems. Players who consistently help others in solving problems may be rewarded by the administrator with a special in-game item.
  17. Any attempts to harm the server, including hacking, item duplication, using programs that interfere with the game, and trading accounts/characters/items in the game for real money, are strictly prohibited.
  18. A player who exploits a bug or game loophole for non-standard actions (e.g., item duplication, stat increases, unnatural account and character wealth) and fails to report it to the administrator through PM on the official server fan page or Discord receives a permanent IP ban. Communication about bugs that may have been found by a player is strictly prohibited on the server.
  19. If you notice someone breaking the rules, promptly inform the administrator or Game Master, including screenshots or videos from the game. Failure to report a suspicious situation may result in a game access ban.
  20. Sharing one's account with others, especially those with a server access ban, is prohibited.
  21. There is no AFK (Away from Keyboard) prohibition on the server. It should be remembered that someone may kill you (according to the sub-server descriptions).
  22. The administration is not responsible for: a) user accounts - the account owner is solely responsible for any actions/irregularities/regulation violations, b) in-game item trading, item theft (e.g., failure to return after an upgrade, account intrusion, sharing passwords with other players, sudden disappearance); c) losses caused by game errors – these are eliminated to the best of the administrator's abilities.
  23. A player using the Webshop cannot exchange purchased credits for cash, as well as items already purchased/even in the case of mistakenly buying something else.
  24. The administrator reserves the right to shut down the server along with the website and forum for a specified period or permanently, without stating a reason, with no possibility of refunding players' funds allocated for server development (donate/credits/webshop/VIP package) in PLN.
  25. The duration of each server edition is determined by the administrator and announced in a special announcement on the www.fortmu.com website.
  26. In the event the administrator uses software to remove duplicated items in the game, any items that disappear from player accounts will not be returned. There is no possibility of reporting an error to restore an item.
  27. The regulations may be updated at any time without notification by the administrator. Everyone is obligated to familiarize themselves with the regulations and review its contents at least once a month.

DONATIONS:

  1. All payments to the server are voluntary and conscious. They are non-refundable.
  2. In case of violating the regulations and account blocking, funds deposited for the server will not be returned.
  3. Access to the VIP account can be obtained by donating 50 PLN/month to the server.
  4. Every player receives access to the WEBSHOP panel. The ability to purchase in-game items is associated with a voluntary donation to the server in any amount. The system automatically converts the amount into credits, which are then automatically added to the player's account after the donation.
  5. In the event of server closure, payments will not be refunded.
  6. Items purchased with credits from a donation do not carry over to the next server edition.
  7. Players receive 15% of the value of credits from the current server edition for use in the next edition in the webshop.
  8. To receive 15% of the value of purchased credits from the previous server edition, players must contact the admin via Discord no later than 7 days from the start date of the new edition. After this time, the promotion no longer applies.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR NON-PVP SUBSERVER (this sub-server is absent during the 2nd edition)

  1. Killing other players, taking their spots, and capturing killed golden monsters are prohibited unless the player stops attacking monsters for a minimum of 30 seconds or is killed by them.
  2. Reserving spots for others is forbidden. A player with level 400 is obliged to leave a spot, especially if another player is waiting in line.
  3. The person entering the Night Mare contest in Kanturu Relic first has priority in the fight.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR NON-PVP ON VIP SUBSERVER

  1. Killing other players is prohibited.
  2. Capturing spots is prohibited.
  3. Reserving spots for others is allowed.
  4. Stealing items from a spot and the gold where a player is leveling is prohibited.
  5. During events, players should not interfere with each other. Priority is given to the first players who arrive at the event.
  6. The NightMare event in Kanturu Relic should not be closed; it remains open 24/7.

PVP RULES - MAIN SERVER:

  1. Killing other players during gameplay is allowed. The only exception is the CryWolf event.
  2. Capturing spots is allowed, excluding the STADIUM map.
  3. Completely taking over golden monsters from players currently attacking them is prohibited, and it is also not allowed to pick up boxes dropped by players who killed a monster. If a player is killed by a golden monster, you can take it over under the condition that the player does not return before you kill it. If they return, it still belongs to them, and you must leave. Violating this rule results in a warning for the player's account.
  4. Anyone can pick up items from the ground, even from boxes that players throw from their backpacks. This should be done in a place where there are no other players.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR VIP SUBSERVER:

  1. Killing other players is not allowed.
  2. Capturing spots is not allowed.
  3. Reserving spots for friends is allowed.
  4. Stealing items from a spot and the gold where a player is leveling is not allowed.
  5. During events, players should not interfere with each other. Priority is given to the first players who arrive at the event.
  6. Closing the NightMare event in Kanturu Relic is not allowed; it remains open 24/7.
  7. VIP account access cannot be transferred to other accounts.

FORT TITLE HOLDER:

  1. To obtain the title of Fort Conqueror, a player must level up 5 characters on one account to 100 resets and level 400.
  2. The player vying for the title must have level 3 wings and a golden fenrir.
  3. The account must not have any characters with Grand Resets.
  4. If a player's account qualifies for the Fort Title Holder contest, they should contact the administrator via PM on the Fanpage.
  5. The reward for the first player to achieve the goal is any full option set + level 3 wings full option + golden fenrir with selected options for the current and next server editions. After receiving the reward, the player's progress is reset, and they start the Fort Conqueror journey again.
  6. The player who receives the reward cannot give it to another player or sell it. It belongs solely to them. If any of the items are transferred to another person, the player receives an IP ban.

CASTLE SIEGE:

  1. Castle Siege is set for Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00PM.
  2. Information about the first Castle Siege cycle of each server edition will be communicated through the server's website, Facebook group, Fanpage, and Discord.
  3. Fictitious guild registrations for Castle Siege are prohibited and result in a ban.
  4. Failure to show up for Castle Siege by the registered guild and Guild Master results in a ban on the Guild Master's character.
  5. In the Guild Master's absence during Castle Siege, they may share their account with a friend, provided the friend is not banned.

CRYWOLF:

  1. PK (Player Killing) is strictly prohibited during the CRYWOLF event.

DEEP EVENT:

  1. PK (Player Killing) is strictly prohibited during the DEEP EVENT.

GRAND RESET REWARD:

  1. The Grand Reset reward belongs solely to the player who received it. It must not be transferred to another player.
  2. The Grand Reset reward can be transferred to the player's second in-game account.
  3. Grand Reset rewards do not carry over to the next server edition.

END OF 1ST SERVER EDITION:

  1. The end of the first server edition will be announced in a special news communication on the main website.
  2. All items are deleted, and players start from scratch in the second server edition.
  3. All player statistics are cleared, and players start the game anew.
  4. Accounts and characters (nicknames) are not deleted but reset to zero.
  5. The first server edition ended on February 28, 2023.

END OF 2ND SERVER EDITION:

  1. The end of the second server edition will be announced in a special news communication on the main website.
  2. All items are deleted, and players start from scratch in the third server edition.
  3. All player statistics are cleared, and players start the game anew.
  4. Accounts and characters (nicknames) are not deleted but reset to zero.
