Terms of Service
By registering an account on the FORT MU server, you declare that you fully accept its Terms and take full responsibility for your actions.- To start playing on the FORT MU server, you must create an account at www.fortmu.com and join our Discord community. The game password must contain only letters and numbers (case sensitive). Maximum password length: 10 characters.
- By creating an account, you agree to the server’s support hours, which are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 CET, as well as the response time, which may range from 6 to 48 hours depending on the number of tickets. Any attempts to force support contact through in-game channels or Discord, and thereby stir up the server community, will be treated as a direct attack on the administration. In such cases, the user will receive a chat ban in-game and on Discord for a minimum of 7 days, without the possibility of appeal.
- The server is managed by the administrator (FORT) with the help of authorized Game Masters (GMs). Contact with the administrator is available only via the “Support Ticket” in the user panel after logging in, or on the official Discord.
- Every player is required to follow these rules and fully accept them.
- The administrator may change the rules and server settings at any time without prior notice.
- All disputes must be resolved by contacting the administration.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, the administrator’s final decision applies and is not subject to further discussion.
- The administrator may block an account, remove items, lower statistics, or take any other action on a player’s account without providing a reason.
- Breaking the rules may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent IP ban depending on the severity.
- A user may receive up to 3 warnings. After that, the account may be blocked for a period determined by the administrator. The duration is at the administrator’s discretion.
- Character or guild names must not be vulgar, offensive, racist, or otherwise illegal.
- Vulgar or abusive language toward others is prohibited.
- Insults within a guild or alliance are handled internally by the Alliance Master or Guild Master and are not subject to server-admin penalties.
- Impersonating a GM or Server Administrator will result in a permanent IP ban and lifetime exclusion from the server, website, and forum.
- Report game issues via the “Support Ticket” after logging in or in the appropriate Discord section.
- Any attempt to harm the server (cheats, item duplication, third-party programs that interfere with the game, real-money trading of accounts/characters/items) is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
- Exploiting bugs/loopholes to duplicate items, boost stats, or gain any unfair advantage without reporting it via Support Ticket or Discord will result in a ban.
- If you witness rule breaking, report it immediately to the Administrator or GM with screenshots or video. Failure to report may lead to access being blocked.
- Sharing your account is prohibited, especially with users banned from the server.
- AFK is allowed, but you can be killed by other players. Some maps are exceptions (see the Guide section).
- The player is obliged to review the state and configuration of the server before making any voluntary donation in exchange for virtual currency. Server settings that a player may dislike do not constitute grounds for a complaint or refund of a voluntary donation. By registering an account on our server, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that all settings are known to you, and that any potential bugs (which have always existed and will continue to exist in MuOnline) are understood and accepted by you.
- The server administration may grant rewards at the end of the current server season to the top players. The requirements, the number of users eligible for the rewards, as well as the reward list, are published in the FINAL REWARD section.
- The administration is not responsible for:
- User accounts — all actions/violations are the sole responsibility of the account owner.
- In-game trading losses, item theft (e.g., not returning items after upgrade), account hacking due to password sharing, or sudden disappearance of items.
- Losses caused by game errors — the Administrator will fix what is reasonably possible.
- The duration of each server edition is determined by the Administrator and announced on www.fortmu.com.
- Do not use more than 5 accounts. If more are detected, some may be deleted at random without recovery.
- The administration does not change user account details. Enter correct information and keep it safe.
- By activating your account (via email link) you accept subscription to FORT MU updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via Support Ticket or Discord.
- The administration does not restore lost characters or items (regardless of the cause, including connection issues or server errors).
- No refunds or exchanges for server currencies (Coins, wCoinC, wCoinP, Goblin Points) purchased in the shop/marketplace. Consider carefully before ordering; open a Support Ticket if unsure.
- The administration does not change passwords and does not refund in cases of theft/robbery claims. You are responsible for protecting your account and assets.
- You are fully responsible for everything that happens on your account (credentials, items, and virtual currencies). In case of loss, the FORT MU administration bears no responsibility.
wCoinsC can be earned only by performing resets and grand resets in game, by trading on the website market, or via some events. wCoinsC cannot be purchased with real money.
- GMs may ignore requests for free items.
- GMs are not allowed to kill players except when a player interferes with an event.
- GMs must not help with gameplay (leveling, items, wCoinC, wCoinP, Goblin Points, Coins).
- GMs must not disconnect or mute players without reason.
- GMs may mute, disconnect, or ban players who break rules or disturb GMs in any way.
- GMs must not assist players during events.
- GMs may penalize for violating community rules.
- GMs can unlock characters/accounts they themselves blocked.
- GMs cannot unlock accounts/characters blocked by other GMs unless the ban period has expired.
- GMs are not obligated to organize additional in-game events.
- Insulting or harassing other players is prohibited. Penalties: mute 1–3 days / ban 1–7 days / permanent ban (depending on severity).
- Advertising other sites or games is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
- Excessive use of the
/post
command may result in a 1–5 day mute. - Report insults/harassment by sending a screenshot of the chat log to the administration.
- Selling accounts for real money is strictly prohibited. All FORT MU accounts, items, and related assets are the property of the server owner. FORT MU does not support or take responsibility for such transactions.
- Beware of scams; keep your information safe. The administration is not responsible for your actions.
- Registering fake guilds for Castle Siege (CS) is prohibited and punishable by a ban.
- Failure of a registered guild and Guild Master to attend CS results in a 1–5 day ban on the Guild Master’s character.
- If the Guild Master cannot attend CS, they may share their account with a colleague provided that the colleague is not banned.
- Registered and accepted CS guilds may assist other guilds in battle.
- All donations are non-refundable.
- All players are treated equally, whether they donate or not.
- Donors who break rules are punished the same as any other player.
- If a donor is banned, all items on the account are blocked with the account and will not be returned.
- Attempting a refund/chargeback will result in a permanent ban, confiscation of purchased items, and blocking of your email from future donations. Access can be restored only by reversing the refund.
- A player cannot request a refund of a voluntary donation simply because the server settings do not meet their expectations. Only in the event of not receiving virtual currency due to an error on the fortmu.com website — which serves as a form of acknowledgment for a voluntary donation — may the player submit a Support Ticket to request verification of the error and the addition of the appropriate amount of credits, according to the current exchange rate published on the donation pages.
- No refunds for digital products (virtual currency) after the order is placed.
- Any payment issues must be reported to the administrator.
- Products are digital — you ACCEPT that there are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS – DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS.
Rules may change at any time, and players are required to keep up to date. Failure to comply will result in access being blocked. If our server is not to your liking, please leave.
